Tax season is in full swing.  People are definitely interested in the start of itemized deduction filing on Monday 2/14.  Tax accountants are generally busy this time of year but we should never be too busy to serve our customers, answer phone calls/emails, or try to help in general.  It is all about communication.  If your are taking longer than expected to locate tax documents then just let your tax accountant know.  The same thing goes for if your tax accountant is taking a little longer with your tax return.  It is a two way street and one of partnership!
